Bloom wherever you are planted.

Flower Ceremony Day
When: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM Sun 20 Jun 2021
Where: UU Church of Bowling Green

Created in 1923 by Unitarian minister Norbert Capek of Czechoslovakia, the Flower Ceremony was introduced to the US by Rev. Maya Capek, Norbert’s widow. In this ceremony, everyone in the congregation brings a flower and places it on a shared table. The flowers are blessed, and then each person chooses a different flower to take home.

As of June, 2021, we meet in person for Sunday Services. Masks are required for non-vaccinated individuals. Within the month will have our services available on YouTube.
