Mary Grayson Batts grew up in this church. She traveled the country while working on several local, state, and national political campaigns. It was during that time that she became passionate about voting rights and access. She’s currently studying graphic design and political science with plans to pursue a law degree and career in voter protection. She lives in St. Louis with her partner Logan Fentress. Except during pandemics, she can be found in crowds with a voter registration clipboard in hand.
